Whether you're looking for a creative outlet, a new way to move your body, or simply something different to try, Hoop Dance Flow offers a supportive environment where everyone can learn and play.
This class combines dance, coordination, and gentle fitness into a playful practice that helps build strength, balance, endurance, and body awareness—all while staying connected to music and flow. No prior hooping experience is required, and hoops will be provided for participants.
Each session includes a gentle warm-up, step-by-step instruction on foundational hoop techniques, guided movement sequences, creative exploration, and a grounding cool-down. The focus is on accessible movements and building confidence through practice, making it perfect for beginners and all experience levels.
Led by instructor Julia, who has been hooping for more than a decade and performing for eight years, this class is designed to help participants reconnect with joy, confidence, creativity, and embodied movement.
