Join Discover Yoga for a restorative evening of movement, meditation, and sound healing under the energy of the full moon. This special monthly gathering is designed to help you slow down, release stress, and reconnect with yourself through intentional movement, guided meditation, and an immersive sound bath experience.
The evening begins with gentle, restorative movement to help you unwind and prepare your body and mind. From there, you'll settle into a guided meditation before being immersed in the soothing vibrations of singing bowls, gongs, chimes, and other healing instruments. The sound bath is designed to promote deep relaxation, support the nervous system, and create space for reflection and renewal.
Following the sound bath, guests are invited to stay for community connection, warm tea, and journaling.
Whether you're new to yoga and meditation or have an established practice, this event welcomes all experience levels. Come as you are and enjoy a peaceful monthly pause to reset, release, and return to yourself.
